    The customer service is always impeccable here! We went on a Saturday and called in a reservation for our anniversary. We were seated at their beautiful, secluded booth area. Our server was John and he's a kind soul with great service! We ordered the lobster bisque, the New York strip lion, prime rib, side of broccolini, and side of roasted garlic Yukon gold mash potatoes. We also ordered two martinis: black and white and appletini. Everything was cooked and prepped exactly to perfection!

    My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful dinner here! Not only was the food delicious, the service was outstanding. We were seated in a private booth with a fresh rose on the table and the lovely wait staff was always close by to make sure we had everything we needed. We started with the lobster escargot with a soft bread for mopping up the garlic sauce - wow that sauce was addicting! Next up we had the carpaccio which was also melt in your mouth delicious. For entrees we had the pistachio crusted lamb chops and the New York strip loin, both were cooked to perfection. Lastly we enjoyed the lava cake and the complimentary chocolate dipped strawberries. What a special night! The food was amazing, the ambiance lovely and we truly felt pampered for our special night out.

    Excellent dinner last Thursday, the 18th. Food was delicious! I partook in their $60 pre fixe menu. Great value! Excellent quality! I started with a phenomenal, classical lobster bisque. They do it right! Then I had the bacon wrapped 6oz. filet Mignon with fingerling potatoes and vegetables. The filet was perfectly prepared medium rare. The potatoes were tasty. For dessert, I had the most decadent chocolate lava cake. They evidently use a high grade chocolate in the recipe, for quality was readily apparent in the taste. Oh my goodness was it delicious! Service was professional, attentive, and friendly. The best restaurant customer service I have encountered on this last week's trip. No other restaurants measured up to here at Ciera.

    Good, traditional steak house. Excellent steaks. Great wine list and cocktails. What sets this place above others is the impeccable service. Our waiter, John, was so warm and attentive. He made us feel welcomed and elevated the dining experience. John is 100% the best part of dinner. It was my daughter's 7th birthday and we treated her to a nice steak dinner. John brought her TWO desserts-cake and chocolate covered strawberries...complimentary. It made her day and this birthday was so special. I highly recommend this place for special occasion dinners. The ambiance was perfect.l with the thick velvet curtains and leather booths.
